When it comes to website background coding, I’m not the person to actually talk to. I have my own confusion with CSS and php content myself. (HTML I understand.) But, I am definitely going to sit with this video that I have below from YouTube, and figure this out as I know enough to realize it is an invaluable tool for your website.
